In an industry where coordination with other disciplines/offices can take a back seat, TED seeks to communicate options not only early in the project, but rather throughout the entire project. Working proactively with the design team, is our strength to help ensure a smooth project delivery for the client. MEP Firms / Engineers
TED offers both engineering and drafting services to MEP firms that might be experiencing a sudden influx of projects. Additionally, TED can provide construction administrative services (site visits/verifications, project meeting, etc.) for active construction projects.
Contractors
TED provides signed and sealed mechanical plans for contractors who need to permit drawings for design-build work. TED also offers engineering support for existing and new projects.
Architects
Whether the client requires a new HVAC system (or modifications to an existing system), TED looks at the entire system to best meet the project requirements. Additionally, peer reviews of projects can help to avoid headaches during construction administration by eliminating unnecessary RFI’s and potential change orders.
Building Operators / Owners
TED works closely with building owners and operators to help ensure their existing systems are adequately sized. For replacement projects, existing installations are analyzed to verify modifications that would be required to maintain code compliance.
